How to order your samples?

Getting your samples is simple and easy:

1. Browse and select

Explore our full range of Moduleo floors and select the one(s) you’d like to sample by visiting the product page.

2. Click ‘Order a sample’

Simply click on the 'Order sample' button on the product page to add your selected sample to your cart.

3. Your sample in your cart

Once you’ve added your sample, it will appear in your shopping cart, ready for checkout.

4. Add more samples

Want to compare more styles? Simply return to the product pages via the "All Floors" section in the navigation bar and repeat the process. You can add up to four samples to your cart.

5. Proceed to checkout

Once you’ve selected all the samples you’d like, click ‘Order sample’ to complete your order and payment.

6. Delivery to your door

Your samples will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days, giving you plenty of time to make your final decision.

How many samples can I order?

At Moduleo, you can order up to 4 samples to explore different styles, textures, and finishes before making your final decision. This allows you to compare your favorites side-by-side and find the perfect match for your home.

How long will it take for my samples to arrive?

Once you've placed your order, expect your samples to arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. That gives you plenty of time to see and feel the samples in your space—whether you're testing them under natural light or with your existing décor.

What is the cost of samples?

Nothing at all! We believe in making your decision as easy as possible, so samples are completely free. All you need to do is choose the styles you want to explore, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do I need to return the samples?

No need to worry about returning your samples! Keep them to refer to as you finalize your decision. You can take all the time you need to compare the samples in different lighting and settings, making sure you choose the perfect floor for your home.
